Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, format, and review reports, emails, and documentation
* Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners

About This Role:

We're seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our leadership team. As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on actions. You will also manage calendars and travel arrangements for executives and work closely with other leaders to keep key projects and reports on track.

You will assist with board meeting preparation and support cross-team governance. Additionally, you will serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

* Strong admin and scheduling experience with excellent attention to detail
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* A knack for staying on top of priorities even when there's a lot happening
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools like Teams
* A calm, professional approach especially when managing confidential information
* A willingness to learn and adapt and a sense of humour definitely helps

Bonus points if you've worked in Aboriginal health or remote communities but it's not essential. We care more about your mindset, skills, and ability to fit in with a team that's smart, supportive, and dedicated.
