About This Role:
We're seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our leadership team. As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on actions. Requirements:
* Strong admin and scheduling experience with excellent attention to detail
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* A knack for staying on top of priorities even when there's a lot happening
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools like Teams
* A calm, professional approach especially when managing confidential information
* A willingness to learn and adapt and a sense of humour definitely helps
