The Venue
Perched on the edge of the escarpment, Echo Point precinct offers panoramic views of the southern Blue Mountains, Kanangra‑Boyd Wilderness, and the iconic Three Sisters. Located on Echo Point Road, it features world‑class restaurant, café and wine bar.
The Role
This is an opportunity to join the kitchen team in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing a la carte dishes, catering functions and events, and delivering modern, high‑quality food.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Ability to provide 5‑star quality hospitality service
* Can work unsupervised and as part of a team
* Prepared to work across multiple outlets, including café service, events and large functions
* Flexible availability during weekdays and occasional weekend events
* Pride in presentation that reflects the kitchen and team standards
* Working knowledge of Food Safety Standards; HACCP experience advantageous
