We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Manager to join our senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role involves leading all commercial activities, managing risk, contractual negotiations, and contract management. You will provide commercial insights and strategic guidance to support business decisions and drive organizational success. Your role includes advising senior leadership, overseeing contract management, and driving growth through negotiations and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Leadership in Commercial Strategy: Lead the strategic direction of commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor on high-value decisions and expansion opportunities.
* Senior-Level Contract Negotiations: Lead high-level negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and protecting company interests.
* Legal & Commercial Advisory: Provide advice on contract formation, compliance, performance, and dispute resolution.
* Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Identify and manage risks, ensuring legal soundness and governance compliance.
* Strategic Contract Management: Oversee the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and variations, ensuring obligations are met.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to integrate contracts into operations seamlessly.
* Business Development & Tender Strategy: Contribute to bids and proposals aligned with the company's strategy.
* Commercial Governance & Reporting: Ensure activities adhere to policies and report key matters to leadership.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
* Proven experience in senior commercial management, contract negotiations, and strategic leadership with Tier 1 organizations
* Strong understanding of commercial law, risk management, and governance
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to manage high-level contracts and teams
* Strategic thinker with business acumen and growth focus
