This challenging and rewarding position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will be based at our Sorell, TAS site, one of over 400 locations nationwide where APM delivers Employment Services Programs.
You will have the chance to build strong relationships with job seekers, employers, and community organizations, identifying and leveraging opportunities to maximize job placement outcomes. Your excellent customer service skills, combined with your ability to work collaboratively within a productive environment, will enable you to succeed in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source employment opportunities for job seekers
* Help job seekers identify their skills and abilities, securing employment that aligns with their strengths
* Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
* Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
* Create and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support clear pathways to employment
* Build relationships with local employers and community organizations
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
