The Nitty Gritty
Reporting to the Superintendent – Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing HR advisory support. Working closely with Superintendents and people leaders, you will support complex HR matters such as performance management, policy interpretation, leave management, staffing arrangements, remuneration, and workplace conduct. A key part of the role involves ensuring compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and internal procedures while contributing to the review and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
You will maintain a strong on‑site presence, providing timely HR advice, supporting employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture within a remote or FIFO environment. The role also supports strategic workforce planning, performance and development processes, and key HR projects that enhance operational effectiveness. With strong system capability, analytical expertise, and a collaborative approach, you will help ensure the business has the insights, support, and compliance foundations needed to operate safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational values.
Additionally, You Will Possess The Following
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
Open manual C class drivers licence
Strong computer literacy and competent user of MS Office and other software.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels.
Ability to coach and influence key personnel.
