Fluor Australia is now inviting applications for our Summer Vacation Undergraduate Program — a structured, 12 week development journey designed to accelerate your technical capability, leadership potential, and professional confidence.

As a Fluor Summer Vacation Intern, you will
* Gain broad exposure across multiple technical and project areas through structured rotations
* Develop increasing autonomy, responsibility, and leadership capability
* Receive dedicated support from a mentor, line manager, and the Graduate Working Group
* Build a strong network across Fluor through our GAP (Graduates Advancing to Professionalism) community
* Access tailored training, competency development and professional growth opportunities

* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Civil Engineering
* Process Engineering
* Computer Science (Data Analytics and AI)
Who We're Looking For and How You Will Be Supported

How You'll Be Supported
Throughout the program, you'll be supported by
A senior professional who will guide you, provide constructive feedback, assist with development planning, and coach you in technical and soft skills.
Your Line Manager
Your day to day leader, supporting your performance, technical learning, and on the job development.
Human Resources & Graduate Working Group
Dedicated program oversight, regular check ins, rotation planning, professional development support and continuous improvement of the program experience.
How to Apply
You'll be asked to submit:
* Academic transcript
* Proof of Australian work rights (ie we can only accept those who have Australian PR or Citizenship)
We will look to begin interviews in June/July 2026 with a start date mid November 2026
