**The client**

My client is an accounting firm based in Robina who pride themselves on having one of the best team cultures in Brisbane! and they are looking for another superstar to join their team and that could just be you!

**The role**

My client is looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator from the Accounting Industry who is looking for a fresh challenge and team where you will have the opportunity to grow and be supported.

In this new role you will utilise your experience and strong customer service skills to support your team as well as the clients themselves. Some of these tasks include:

- Maintain effective administration systems and processes as well as identifying and making recommendations to improve efficiency and delivery of services
- Maintain the client database and ensure its integrity and accuracy
- Use of document management system, both soft and hard copy information
- Managing ASIC forms for clients and ASIC secretarial services
- Undertaking ATO lodgements
- Correspondence with the ATO and ASIC
- Using document providers to establish new client entities
- Preparation and collation of new client proposals and welcome packs
- Client and staff on-boarding processes as well as other administrative duties, as required.
- *This role is fulltime working from 8.30-5.00pm in the office, with an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday._

**About you**

Apart from having a strong service and results driven personality, you will also be a strong team player and thrive on being organised, proactive and an active participant in the results of the business and your team going from strength to strength.

Some key experience and skills required for this role are:

- A minimum of 1-2 years recent & consecutive experience in a similar role** in an accounting practice in Australia**:

- Strong practical experience in the use of the Microsoft Suite & Xero as well as the ATO & ASIC Portal
- Experience in Xero Practice Management would be ideal
- Be a strong and collaborative team player
- A confident and positive personality
- Excellent client relationship development skills, and a desire to help others
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable to work within set timeframes and meet deadlines
- Confidence and professionalism in all communications, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive in dealing with client needs
- Positive contribution to office culture
