Role Overview
This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs including mobility and functional programmes, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services. Plena is excited to continue to grow in the community aged care space and offers a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

About You
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, a problem‐solving mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and colleagues. You understand you are a key representative of Plena Healthcare in residential aged care and the wider community.
Requirements
* General AHPRA registration
* Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* Full Australian working rights
