Administrative Assistant - Client Services
We are seeking a skilled administrative assistant to join our team at headspace Coffs Harbour. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to clients, manage appointments and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception Duties: greet clients, answer phones and direct inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
* Appointment Scheduling: coordinate client appointments and maintain accurate records in a timely manner
* Administrative Tasks: maintain office supplies, manage paperwork and perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
