Driving Electric Vehicle Efficiency
Enhance electric vehicle and motor performance by revolutionizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop senior relationships with priority OEM and Tier-1 accounts.
Collaborate with the CEO and Chief of Staff on deal strategy and approvals. Work closely with engineering to align commercial commitments with delivery readiness.
Use stage-based forecasting in collaboration tools and support selective top-of-funnel sourcing for priority targets.
Recruit business development managers and establish an operating rhythm for a high-performing BD team within one year.
Regular international travel is required to Europe and North America initially.
Supply agreements will be negotiated collaboratively and approved at board level.
