This role will suit a hands-on payroll leader who thrives in managing high-volume payroll operations and supporting a collaborative team environment. You will oversee a team of senior payroll professionals responsible for processing payroll for approximately 6,000 employees across weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 6 payroll officers Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay cycles Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely delivery for over 6000 employees Review and approve payroll reconciliations, adjustments and reporting Manage escalations and complex payroll queries Partner closely with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders Drive payroll process improvements and support system optimisation initiatives Ideal Background: Proven experience leading payroll teams within large, high-volume environments Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge across multiple pay frequencies Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance Sound of interest?
