About the Role
Depending on your level and background, you may be involved in the
design, implementation, optimisation, or support
of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners.
These roles sit across
greenfield implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvement programs
, offering exposure to complex, enterprise-scale ERP environments.
Responsibilities (Level Dependent)
* Participate in the design and delivery of
Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (FinOps)
solutions
* Configure and support modules across
Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, and/or Finance
* Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
* Support workshops, UAT, testing, and go-live activities
* Work closely with technical teams, developers, and architects
* Assist with data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements
* Support ongoing optimisation, enhancements, and ERP roadmap initiatives
* Contribute to best practice processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
About You
* A passion for
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / FinOps
* Strong functional understanding of
ERP business processes
, particularly within Supply Chain
* Comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels of a business
* Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required
Experience & Skills (Aligned to Level)
* Hands-on experience with
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
* Exposure to one or more modules such as:
* Supply Chain Management
* Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)
* Inventory & Logistics
* Manufacturing
* Procurement & Sourcing
* Finance
* Familiarity with
Azure DevOps
, Power Apps, and Power Automate is highly regarded
* Experience across implementations, upgrades, or support engagements
* Data migration and integration exposure is beneficial
