We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Finance Transformation Office. As the Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for driving and executing on prioritized initiatives in finance, utilizing best practice methodologies such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Your primary focus will be on enhancing finance processes and practices, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the organization. You will collaborate closely with global process owners and IT teams, as well as lead training and communications efforts to deliver and embed project outcomes effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with finance leaders and stakeholders to assess prioritised initiatives. Use data-driven approaches to assess the impact and feasibility of prioritised projects.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners and IT Teams: Establish strong working relationships with global process owners and IT teams to understand existing processes and systems. Collaborate on solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall business and Finance strategy.
- Project Outcome Delivery and Embedding: Ensure successful delivery of project outcomes and sustainable embedding of changes within the organization. Project manage initiatives assigned to portfolio and address any challenges that may arise during implementation.
- Training and Communication: Develop and deliver training materials to educate finance teams and other stakeholders impacted by the project
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure and communicate the impact and benefits of continuous improvement initiatives. Present findings to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to process improvements and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
- Culture of Continuous Improvement: Contribute to building a culture of Continuous Improvement in Worley through training materials to educate finance teams and other stakeholders on continuous improvement methodologies, process changes, and best practices. Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, CPA, CA) are a plus.
- Proven experience in executing process improvement initiatives using DMAIC and PDCA frameworks, preferably within the finance domain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work with diverse teams and stakeholders across different regions and functions.
- Strong leadership abilities, able to motivate and inspire others to embrace continuous improvement principles.
- Knowledge of finance systems, ERP, and automation tools is advantageous.
- Prior experience in training and change management is desirable.
