Job Title: Legal Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated legal professional to join our Client Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional outcomes for Victorians.
* You will be responsible for managing a dynamic portfolio of litigated and non-litigated matters under the Transport Accident Act, including no-fault disputes, VCAT applications, serious injury applications, common law claims, and prosecutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements
* Relevant qualification in law (LLB or equivalent)
* Admitted as a solicitor in Victoria
* Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
