As part of our ongoing growth in the Heavy Lift Team, we are inviting applications from experienced Crawler Crane Assembly Supervisor/SMEs to join our team, bringing strong hands‐on crane/crawler operating experience and expertise. The successful candidate will have the ability to autonomously assemble cranes, provide technical leadership on site and support safe, efficient crane operations across complex projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of outcomes and can confidently mentor crews while ensuring the highest safety and operational standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive a proactive safety culture through strong leadership, adherence to company policies, and continuous improvement in safety standards and performance.
* Oversee the planning, allocation, and supervision of resources, ensuring the effective execution of all lifting operations within schedule and budget constraints.
* Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes, maintaining open communication and a strong focus on operational excellence.
What you'll bring
* Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in assembling Crawler Cranes and/or Pin Jib's.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proof of right to work in Australia.
* Strong mechanical knowledge.
