The role of Part‑time Cook involves creating memorable meals and maintaining the highest standards of presentation, flavour and hygiene, from workspace to table.
A little taste of your day‑to‑day
* Prepare every meal to be a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds.
* Take ownership of your workstation: keep supplies, equipment, and waste under control.
* Maintain cleanliness to meet or exceed local health and hygiene laws.
* Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
What we need from you
* Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol.
* Previous cooking experience or current study in cookery.
* Great attention to detail.
* Exceptional teamwork skills.
* Strong time‑management skills.
* Working knowledge of HACCP procedures.
* High standard of personal presentation.
* Commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to guests.
* Flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and the upcoming festive season.
* Must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
