Job Title: HSE Advisor - South West WA
About the Role
Lycopodium Minerals is recruiting for HSE Advisors to join a long-term lithium project in South West WA region on a 2:1 roster.
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining HSE systems, schedules and data to support the delivery of safe projects, along with proactively encouraging a positive HSE culture across the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and report on HSE performance across all Projects and offices
* Provide regular relief HSE support to sites as and when needed
* Conduct HSE systems audits on site and report with recommendations
* Monitor audit schedules and corrective action items for closure
* Oversee incident reporting protocols and data management within INX
* Facilitate project risk assessments
* Align HSE Management Plans and training packages to client/project requirements
* Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Certifications or qualifications within the HSE / OHS space
* Experience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner is desirable
* Experience in SMP/Construction
* Considerable HSE experience in a previous engineering / resources related environment
* A thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
* Well-developed technical writing and verbal communication skills
* A desire to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, project and office personnel.
