Job Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a casual role that involves catering to customers in various settings, including mess, bar, and dining halls. The main hours of work will be evening shifts between 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm, available ASAP at RAAF East Sale in Victoria's Gippsland region.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by providing friendly, helpful, and professional assistance.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all equipment, furniture, and premises are sanitized and well-maintained.
* Process meals accurately using the meal pass system, handle cash transactions, and bank funds according to established protocols.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure high-quality dishes.
