Progressive mid tier law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant or Paralegal to assist the Family Law Team. Bundall location. Min of 3 years Family Law Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience is essential.
The Firm
Well established and progressive mid tier law firm centrally located in Bundall on the Gold Coast. Total staff of 50.
The Role
As a Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will assist the Family Law team and your duties will include:
Opening and closing files
Client liaison
Organising meetings and diary management
Editing correspondence and documents
Preparation and drafting of briefs and disclosures
Drafting court documents
Online court filing
Billing
General admin duties as required
You
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal. Family Law experience is also essential.
Salary and Benefits
Salary up to $90,000 including super dependent upon experience. Free parking on site.
