We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing for the Country Road brand. With a focus on customer acquisition, conversion, reactivation, and retention, this role is critical in driving sustainable growth and increasing customer lifetime value. It leads the execution of a multi-channel, performance led digital marketing strategy. Key responsibilities Own and manage the digital marketing strategy for Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, SEO, CRM, and onsite optimisation. Oversee campaign execution and budget to deliver measurable results and revenue growth. Translate brand objectives and commercial targets into clear digital activation plans across the full funnel. Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Customer & Digital teams to deliver targeted, performance-driven campaigns that support loyalty and engagement goals. Partner with Product Owners to use customer data, segmentation, and personalised messaging for stronger campaign performance. Act as a brand partner to Country Road, understanding unique business needs and providing tailored marketing solutions. Drive continuous improvement through testing, insights, and analytics to inform decision-making and scale performance marketing efforts. Key capabilities Extensive digital marketing experience, with deep expertise in full-funnel strategy and multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance in a retail environment. Proven track record of managing a multi-million-dollar budget and optimising spend across channels to achieve strategic discover and engage objectives. Experience working with major publishers like Meta, Tiktok and Google to plan and execute effective campaigns. Track, analyse, and report on KPIs for discovery and engagement campaigns, with a focus on reach, impressions, engagement, loyalty sign-ups, and conversions. Proficient in marketing technology tools, including analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as well as customer data platforms (e.g. Tealium). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, extract actionable insights, and inform channel optimisation and decision-making. Apply a data-driven mindset, leveraging A/B testing and optimisation techniques to improve campaign performance and foster customer loyalty. A passion for customer engagement and digital innovation. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to foster teamwork, promote knowledge sharing, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
