Administration Manager
Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Shopping Centre Administrator to join our team on a 6‑month contract. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working autonomously to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Job Description
* Working at West Village as an administrator, surrounded by a lively mix of shops, dining, and community events.
* Join a small, supportive team of three where collaboration and communication are key.
* This is a 6‑month contract role with an ASAP start.
Who we're looking for
* Previous experience in administration, accounts, or property management (shopping centre experience highly regarded).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced, retail property environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Chase arrears using Yardi and ensure timely follow‑up.
* Collect and verify monthly sales reports (approx. 30%, completed by the 7th of each month).
* Chase certificates of currency and update documentation in SharePoint.
* Handle accounts payable, pay invoices, and perform reconciliation using Excel.
* Complete all required paperwork and compliance tasks leveraging Microsoft Office tools.
