Job Opportunity: Tyre Shop Leader
About the Role:
This position involves managing a busy tyre shop to achieve sales and profit targets. You will work closely with the service manager, advisors, and workshop staff to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to increase tyre sales and improve operational efficiency
2. Foster strong relationships with customers to provide tailored recommendations
3. Maintain accurate inventory levels and complete regular stocktakes
4. Support occasional workshop tasks as required
