Housing and Homelessness Sector Lead
This critical role forms part of our Crisis Intervention Team, delivering timely housing solutions to individuals and families across rural and remote regions.
Our clients include First Nations peoples, families impacted by domestic and family violence, young families, older people, and those living in unsafe or unsuitable housing situations.
The program also supports clients with financial resilience education, long-term housing planning, and provides young people at risk of homelessness with pathways to reconnect with family and community.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead a team of Case Workers and Associate Case Workers, overseeing service delivery, workloads, and rosters, while building and maintaining strong stakeholder and community partnerships.
* Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a passionate team, promoting collaboration and excellence.
* Service Delivery Coordination: Coordinating the delivery of services, managing workloads, and rostering staff effectively.
* Evaluation and Reporting: Oversee reporting, evaluation, and compliance, ensuring the program meets its objectives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners, fostering trust and cooperation.
* Program Representation: Represent the program as a trusted leader in housing and homelessness support, advocating for positive change.
