Join Volunteering Gold Coast as a Volunteer Training & Workshop Coordinator and help us make a difference in the community!In this role, you'll collaborate with our General Manager to:*Identify the needs of our charity members and Aged care clients.*Source engaging presenters and relevant topics for our monthly workshops held at our venue.*Assist in creating marketing materials to promote these training sessions to our members and beyond.*Organize workshop logistics, including presenters, resources, and event preparation.About You: We’re looking for someone who:*Has experience in event or training planning, Could potentially be a former teacher or trainer with Cert IV in Training and Development.*Is proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.*Can confidently prepare reports and gather feedback to enhance program delivery.*Is organized, reliable, and passionate about community engagement.Commitment: We host one workshop per month, requiring a commitment of two days per week, ideally on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.What We Offer:*A fully supplied vehicle for work-related travel.*The opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to supporting the Gold Coast community.*Monthly Volunteer recognition/social events to meet other like-minded volunteers.This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your organizational skills, creativity, and energy to a role that makes a meaningful difference.
