With a solid pipeline of work and plans for continued growth, the business is looking to bring in an experienced Senior Estimator to take ownership of tendering and pricing while supporting broader business development. You’ll play a key role in shaping project wins, improving estimating processes, and mentoring less experienced team members, working closely with leadership in a down-to-earth, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end estimating across civil infrastructure projects Prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders and submissions Review drawings, specifications and project scopes Engage with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing Contribute to business development and tender strategy Mentor junior estimators and support team capability Project Scope Civil infrastructure projects up to $5M Earthworks, roads, pavements and subdivisions Water and utilities projects Rail and transport-related works Commercial and council-based projects What’s on Offer Competitive salary Flexible working (WFH 3 days per week) Accommodation provided for in-office days if required Strong, consistent pipeline of secured and upcoming work Supportive, team-first culture with long-term staff retention Opportunity to influence growth and expansion into new markets About You Proven experience as an Estimator / Senior Estimator in civil construction Background with Tier 2/3 or regional civil contractors highly regarded Strong understanding of civil scopes including earthworks, roads and utilities Track record of winning and delivering tenders successfully Commercially astute with strong attention to detail Able to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment Location & Flexibility This role offers a flexible hybrid setup, with in-office collaboration required mid-week and remote working supported the rest of the week.
