About the position
We're looking for a passionate, hands‐on Store Manager to lead our Narellan flagship store, supporting multiple school communities. You'll guide and coach the team, keep the store running smoothly, and make each parent and student interaction feel easy, helpful, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationships & Community Engagement
* Create meaningful, lasting connections with customers, parents, and students, delivering an exceptional service experience at every interaction.
* Partner with the General Manager and Area Retail Manager to bring growth strategies to life and strengthen the division's success.
Sales Performance & Operational Excellence
* Take ownership of the store's sales performance—meeting targets and actively driving future growth opportunities.
* Execute sales activities with confidence and consistency, ensuring all policies and procedures support strong KPI outcomes.
* Oversee inventory with precision, maintaining accuracy and upholding company standards for stock control and data integrity.
* Lead the preparation and execution of annual stocktake, ensuring it is completed efficiently and accurately.
* Inspire and lead a high‐performing team culture where people feel motivated, supported, and empowered to succeed.
* Manage seasonal rostering effectively, balancing team needs with budget and demand.
* Foster a collaborative, learning‐focused environment that continually enhances the customer experience.
* Recognise and develop team capability, building a strong foundation for ongoing success and customer satisfaction.
What you can expect from us

* Ongoing support from your Retail Cluster Manager, Area Retail Manager, and Head Office team.

* A family‐friendly roster: no nights, Sundays, or public holidays.
