Key Responsibilities:
* Paid Online Advertising: Craft and manage strategic campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
* Website Optimization: Ensure every page is optimized for key goals, boosting visibility and conversions.
* SEO and Testing: Execute technical and on-page SEO, plus A/B and multivariate testing to optimize results.
* Lead Nurturing and CRM: Develop campaigns to convert traffic into qualified sales leads and maintain our online presence.
* Day-to-day ownership: Manage paid advertising (LinkedIn and Google Ads), segment and build audiences, manage websites, ensure pages meet visibility and conversion goals, oversee SEO, conduct A/B/multivariate testing, manage online profiles, create lead nurturing campaigns, analyze performance, and present insights.
What You Will Own:
* Managing paid advertising including LinkedIn and Google Ads, with experience in Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns.
* Segmenting and building audiences.
* Managing websites and optimizing pages for visibility and conversion.
* SEO of websites (technical and on-page).
* A/B testing and multivariate testing within campaigns.
* Management and optimization of online profiles.
* Creation and management of lead nurturing campaigns to convert web traffic into Sales Qualified Leads.
* Analysis and reporting on website and paid campaign performance and sharing insights with the team.
* Presenting insights to the team and management.
