Teaching Opportunity
We are seeking to establish a pool of Kindergarten to Year 6 Teachers. The successful applicant will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, set high expectations, and foster a growth mindset.
The role involves teaching students from Kindergarten to Year 6 and requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and build genuine relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
As a teacher at our school, you will be expected to differentiate curriculum, embed Positive Behaviour Support and implement innovative approaches to improve student outcomes.
The successful applicant will be an active contributor to school priorities and direction, reflective in their practice to support professional growth and improvement of educational outcomes for all students.
The role also offers opportunities for future leadership, including middle leadership roles, and is part of a recruitment pilot designed to simplify the application process for teachers.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students from Kindergarten to Year 6
* Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional and academic growth
* Differentiate curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Embed Positive Behaviour Support and implement innovative approaches to improve student outcomes
* Contribute to school priorities and direction through reflective practice and collaboration with colleagues
Requirements

* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively

* Strong organizational and time management skills
