* Support your manager in leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and stock levels.

* Collaborate with your manager to achieve sales targets and manage controllable costs.
* Take charge of the store and team in your manager's absence.
* Develop and coach employees on customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.

* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
* Previous leadership or management experience is beneficial.
