CoreStaff is an Australian owned recruitment business, employing over 2500 field staff across 13 offices around the country. We are part of the CGH Group, which operates 6 specialist recruitment brands, with our head office in Darwin.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven executive to lead and grow an established Darwin branch. This role has end-to-end accountability for business performance, people leadership, safety, compliance and strategic growth across the NT market.
The Role
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for:
* Driving revenue growth through client acquisition, retention and expansion
* Strengthening relationships with key clients, workers and industry stakeholders
* Identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities
* Leading, mentoring and holding accountable operations and leadership teams
* Building a high-performance, values-driven culture
* Ensuring strong WHS, IR and compliance frameworks across all operations
* Overall business performance including budgeting, forecasting and profitability
About You
We are looking for someone with proven senior leadership experience in sales focused roles. Recruitment industry experience is not essential and we are interested in hearing from people with backgrounds in sales leadership roles in other sectors such as construction, mining, warehousing, defence and government. To be successful you will ideally have:
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Results-focused, hands-on leadership style
* Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of financial management
* Solid understanding of WHS, industrial relations and compliance
