The full-time position is based out of Sydney, Australia. The primary responsibility will be to provide support for the delivery of our corporate programs.
* Configure program settings in our system (generate voucher codes and booking links)
* Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
* Arrange travel bookings
* Communicate with nurses regarding their schedules and travel itineraries
* Manage casual nurse availability and resourcing
* Support the manager with resource planning
* Coordinate with operations regarding resourcing across channels
