Job Description:

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's operational and fundraising activities. This individual must possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with at least 2 years of experience in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring data integrity.

They must also be proficient in social media management, email marketing, and design tools such as MailChimp and Canva. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

This is a highly tactical role that requires the ability to think big while minding all the details. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and other volunteers to achieve the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in creating and distributing meeting agendas and materials
* Ensure all meeting and event arrangements are made and executed
* Attend Board meetings and record minutes for distribution
* Serve as point-of-contact for internal and external contacts, donors, and volunteers
* Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure data accuracy
* Organize special events, such as Warehouse Packing Day and the fall fundraising BBQ


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* At least 2 years' experience in administration
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in software relative to non-profit management
* Experience with Little Green Light and/or other nonprofit CRMs preferable
* Proficiency in social media and website management
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
