As a Process Analyst, you will design, document and continuously improve business processes across the enterprise. Your work will drive consistency in how we deliver products and services, enhance customer experience, and support our purpose of helping all Australians own their own home.
The Process team is the trusted centre of excellence for Business Process Management (BPM) at Great Southern Bank. We manage PRIME, our enterprise process repository, which connects processes, ownership and interacts with our risks and controls. The team drives process standardisation, governance and supports continuous improvement across the organisation.
You'll make an impact by:
* Provide BPM expertise including process discovery, mapping, procedure writing and analysis
* Support project and business initiatives through process design, impact assessment and change management
* Contribute to the slivery and continuous improvement of BPM methodologies, standards and tools
* Generate process insights that improve efficiency, reduce risk and enhance customer experience
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Experience in process mapping, procedure writing and process analysis aligned to BPM standards
* Experience applying Agile, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience working with BPM or process repository tools (highly regarded)
* Financial services experience (preferred)
* Strong communication skills, including workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and documentation
* Proven capability in BPM, including process modelling, requirements definition and data-driven insights (Essential)
* Certification or practical experience in Agile or Lean methodologies (Essential)
