Caravonica Waters Aged Care - Infinite CareThis role offers great work life balance as the hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 7am and finishing at approximately 3pm.
The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate for this permanent role and a fortnightly paid phone allowance.For this particular role, we are seeking a green thumb, who loves to immerse themselves in the garden - light general maintenance will be required.Infinite Care's Employee benefits;FREE mandatory & self-paced training modules throughout your employment.Discounted Health Insurance.Earn extra income via Carefriends employee referral program (*unlimited referrals)Earn extra income via weekly shift bidding for extra shifts in your week.Ability to cross-skill into hospitality and resident engagement teams.Discounted Fitness Passport to access health and wellbeing sessions.Ability to span your career across our 17 homes nationally.Employee Assistance Program for family, financial and wellbeing support services.Discounted retail, fuel and technology items via Employee discounts provider – Flare.Day to day duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Undertake general day to day maintenance activities to a high standard in accordance with Infinite standards, plans and guidelines.Ensure all emergency, preventative and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.When required oversee and coordinate any required contractors working on site.Ensure smooth day to day running of all maintenance requirements at the facility.Exceptional client service skills are significant to ensure success in the role.Flexibility to undertake a wide scope of activities including but not limited to: landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging (training can be provided after commencement).
About You:Previous gardening and maintenance experience is preferred.OHS understanding.You will need to be a self-starter with excellent time management skills which enable you prioritise work schedules.Work autonomously as well as a member of the team and have a strong customer service focus.Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi-task.A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to apply for one)Positive `can do' attitude will ensure your success in this important role.As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
