This senior position provides high-level support to managers and staff through provision of multi-faceted human resource services, advice and professional expertise. Reporting to the Director Human Resources, this member of the Human Resources Team contributes to the function through broader HR Policy and planning and undertaking organisation-wide projects within our People & Culture strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Trusted advisor to leaders and managers on HR related strategies and workforce initiatives
* Successful handling of Case Management and employment compliance matters
* Cross-functional collaboration with HR Advisors and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or relevant industry experience
* Significant proven experience as a Human Resource Partner, providing advice, coaching and mentoring to executives, senior and line managers
* Demonstrated ability to successfully guide and support change initiatives
