About the role
We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team in Kurrajong, NSW. As a part-time Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
- Ensuring the consistent quality of all coffee beverages
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including the coffee machine and other equipment
- Assisting with other cafe duties as needed, such as food preparation and counter service
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including different brewing methods and coffee bean varieties
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day
- Must have own Car
