As a Swimming Pool Service Technician, here's what you'll achieve:
* You'll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners through delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools
* You'll market our industry-leading Poolwerx supplies to your clients
* You'll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients while you work independently and as a team
* You'll install all pool equipment; including pumps, filters, chlorinators, pool cleaners and heat pumps
* You'll capture service notes, photos and activities in our App and prepare customer-centric reports
* You'll engage and educate our customers on-site
* You'll be comfortable handling/lifting heavy items such as salt and chemicals (must be able to lift 25kg). WHS standards are paramount
What You'll Bring
* You'll need a current unrestricted manual driver's licence
* You'll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don't have one already
* You'll require a National Police Check as part of the background clearance process
* You'll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your own client base
* You'll have good written and verbal communication skills
* You'll have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy problem-solving
* You'll be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
* You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for this position
Your experience and knowledge of the pool and spa industry is essential. What's most important is that you're self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet and you feel aligned with our values.
You'll need a minimum of 2 years' experience in pool and spa industry operations to be considered for this position.
