Position: Sorting & Receivals – Macadamia Processing Facility
Location: Various facilities across the Bundaberg region
Work Type: Casual, with opportunities for permanent employment if flexible to assist with other work during the off-season
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work different shifts across 7 days during peak harvest is essential

The Role:
This is a hands-on position responsible for receiving, sorting, drying, and dispatching macadamias. You'll work closely with the operations team to ensure machinery runs efficiently, quality standards are met, and accurate records are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor sorting machinery for speed, tonnage, and nut quality.
* Assist with moisture testing and accurate data recording.
* Complete operational documentation promptly and accurately.
* Support maintenance and repairs to minimise downtime.
* Follow all WHS procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in agricultural or processing operations (macadamia experience highly regarded).
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Current QLD Driver's Licence (essential).
* Forklift Licence – highly desirable.
* Flexibility to work different shifts across 7 days during peak harvest.
