In this role, you will:
* Manage complex stakeholder relationships and translate design objectives into tangible construction outcomes.
* Drive projects through procurement, design, construction, and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with the Department's vision.
* Oversee project programs, budgets, and scope to deliver on time and within expectations.
Mandatory Requirement:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction industry.
Highly Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (Diploma acceptable).
* Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
* Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
