Care Worker (Community Care) Temporary Jobs Available with Local Council
**Your new role**
To provide efficient, effective and safe Home and Community Care support services to eligible residents within the council area to enable service users and their carers to remain independent in their own homes and the local community.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Working with children check
- Victorian Car Driving Licence
- First Aid (Level 2)
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of personal care, respite care and home care to the frail aged and people with disabilities
- Demonstrated experience in working with people from a diverse cultural background
- Experience working as a member of a team as well as working independently
- Home and community care certificate iii
- Access to a reliable and registered motor vehicle during working hours
