We are seeking applications for an experienced Support Services Manager to oversee and manage all patient-facing services at the North Canberra Hospitalin the ACT.
THE POSITION
* Effectively oversee all patient-facing services within the facility for quality, cost, safety & service delivery.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of support service departments including staffing allocation, rostering of duties and delegation of tasks
* Develop and maintain a strong client and contractual relationship across a wide stakeholder group.
* Ensure all compliance and company policies are adhered to, and oversee regular audits and if required, root cause investigations.
THE PERSON
* Strong and effective leadership skills. The ability to support, motivate and effectively manage a diverse workforce.
* Passionate about high standards of delivery, levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
* Experience in successfully managing complex and highly compliant operational contracts and budgets within a healthcare framework.
* Previous experience in multi-service / soft facilities management role within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
* NPC/WWVP/VPD: As an occupational requirement of this role the successful applicant will be required to meet site entry requirements including but not limited to a current National Police Clearance, WWVP approval & Relevant Immunisation Schedule.
