About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical advice and support to farmers and agricultural businesses, helping them to improve crop yields and productivity.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing onsite agronomic and technical support to clients
* Achieving allocated financial objectives and assisting with product forecasting and inventory management
* Promoting staff upskilling by providing technical advice and product recommendations
* Developing and fostering professional relationships with clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A background in disciplines such as (crop, weed, disease, pasture, broadacre, cotton and horticulture)
* A proven track record in sales and previous experience in an agronomy role
* An ability to provide high level customer service and cultivate relationships with potential and current growers
* A tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field
