Job Description
We are expanding our senior clinical team and seek an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide clinical support to our clinicians.
The successful candidate can be based at any of our four locations—Campbelltown, Bowral, Goulburn, or Aspley—and will be required to spend 2-3 days per week in clinic, depending on whether the role is full-time or part-time. Travel between clinics for in-person support will be necessary.
Work-from-home options are available.
Additionally, you will:
Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through observations and standardized assessments
Interpret findings to set personalized treatment goals
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Offer support and advice on environmental adaptations at home, school, work, and residential settings
Recommend Assistive Technology to enhance independence

About You
Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally with diverse client groups
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current registration with AHPRA
