Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a restaurant
* A positive, hands‐on leadership style that motivates and supports team members
* A warm, approachable personality with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and cleanliness
* Confident with POS systems, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
* Reliable, well‐presented, and skilled at all times
* Great organisational skills and a proactive attitude
