The Gladstone Education and Research Unit is an integral part of CQHHS and is situated at the Gladstone Hospital.Meet one of our CQHHS Nurse Educators - Nurse Educator | InstagramAbout the role:The Nurse Educator is accountable at an advanced practice level for the design, implementation and assessment of nursing education programs, managing educational resources and provides nursing expertise relating to educational issues.Ensures the integration of the principles of contemporary education into nursing practice.Ensures nursing and advanced health care knowledge, skills and ability by supporting an evidence-based learning environment and participating in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.Demonstrate ability to develop, implement and evaluate initiatives that improve patient and service outcomes through quality improvement and research processes.About you:The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
