Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to support our dynamic entrepreneur in multiple business areas, including care homes, film production, and an LGBT charity. This role requires excellent communication skills, financial management experience, and the ability to manage diverse projects and interests.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be experienced as an EA or PA to senior executives, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic and flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organise and prioritise emails and respond on behalf of the executive when required.
2. Financial management, including checking invoices, paying bills, managing payroll, and overseeing bank financial reporting.
3. Prepare agendas, briefings, and documents for meetings across multiple business areas.
4. Assist with travel arrangements and expense management.
5. Manage and coordinate calendar scheduling and meeting arrangements.
6. Ensure efficient communication internally and externally.
7. Provide general administrative support and handle special projects across varied interests.
