Your new company
Our client is a leading automotive company with offices located in the Mulgrave area.
Currently they are looking for a HR Administrator to joint the team on a part time temporary basis to start with for 12 weeks, hoping to progress to permanent.
Your new role
This is a great role working within a small and close knit team, where a fun and friendly culture and work environment is at their forefront.
Ideally we are looking for someone to work 25 hours a week. This can be worked to suit you be it 4-5 days a week, or school hours, the flexibility is there.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Supporting the Executive BP with day to day duties
- Preparation of proposals/ admin approval process
- Prepare new starter packs (lanyards, notepads, etc)
- Basic induction (ie. show new starters around) ensuring initial trainings are completed
- Assisting in advertising job roles and vacancies
- Onboarding duties
- One off requests to assist Service department with mailout to 76 dealerships
- General admin duties including organizing meetings, catering, correspondence etc
What you'll need to succeed
As a key member of this team, your role will see you provide support to the Executive BP and the HR team with administrative tasks.
You will need to have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast paced yet fun environment.
Experience working in a similar role would be great so you can hit the ground running but not essential.
