About The Opportunity
As the Facilities Manager for this newly delivered, state-of-the-art asset, you'll be responsible for ensuring the building operates flawlessly from day one.
Working approximately 19 hours per week, you will oversee all operational, contractor and compliance functions to maintain the asset's premium standard.
What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day building operations for a high-performance commercial asset
Manage maintenance, essential services and compliance contractors
Build positive relationships with tenants and service partners
Maintain building documentation, reporting and risk management processes
Support sustainability and building optimisation initiatives
Ensure the asset remains safe, efficient and aligned with premium-grade expectations
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Facilities Manager within commercial property
Strong knowledge of building operations, OH&S and statutory compliance
Confidence dealing with contractors, stakeholders and tenants
Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
