Family owned and in its 37th year, Trentham Estate Winery is a showcase establishment of the region, renowned for award-winning wines and exceptional food and service at its magnificent Cellar Door and Restaurant on the banks of the Murray River, just 15 minutes from Mildura.
Trentham Estate is seeking a Kitchenhand to join its small team in presenting regional modern cuisine at the winery's restaurant. This is an exciting role in a well-equipped kitchen with a dining environment second to none. The position offers the unique appeal of mainly day shifts with only the occasional evening required.
Responsibilities
* Assist in presenting regional modern cuisine at the winery's restaurant.
* Support the kitchen team in daily kitchen operations.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience and a food handler certification
* Passion for food with a strong commitment to quality
* Reliability and the willingness to work as part of a team
* Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday
* Own vehicle and driver\'s license
