Marketing & Design Coordinator (1-Year Contract, Potential for Extension) - ADP Consulting
Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for branding, design, and marketing? ADP Consulting is looking for a Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role
As a Marketing & Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, managing brand identity, and producing high-quality graphic and digital content. This role requires a mix of marketing coordination, content creation, and graphic design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation & Editing - Develop engaging content for marketing campaigns, award submissions, project descriptions, and internal communications.
* Graphic Design - Design and produce marketing materials, corporate templates, social media content, and digital/print assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Social Media & Digital Presence - Manage and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website to enhance brand visibility.
* Brand Management - Assist with the implementation of ADP’s brand identity across corporate communications and marketing materials (including all templates)
* Event & Campaign Suppor t - Support marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives to drive brand awareness.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
* Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Excellent writing, editing, and content creation abilities.
* Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
* Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A keen eye for detail, creativity, and brand consistency.
